Louie is a Saison brewed in hommage to one of our favorite beers from the Wallonia region of Belgium that has captivated beer drinkers for centuries. It is brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt, a touch of Belgian Candy Sugar and European hops and is fermented with an extremely expressive Belgian yeast strain. It is quite simple on paper but the beer is anything but that. Louie is endlessly refreshing with substantial complexity achieved through a careful balance of malt, hops and yeast. (16oz 4-pk)
