Fuzz – IPA – 7.5%

Fuzz is a single hop IPA featuring one of our favorite American hops: Sabro. We fell in love with this hop when it was originally released as the experimental variety, HBC-438, back in 2016. As more hop farms have begun to cultivate this interesting hop variety, its characteristics have evolved substantially. Once a one dimensional peach bomb, Sabro has evolved nuanced and integrated flavors and aromas of peach, coconut, citrus, banana and vanilla cream with hints of cedar, yellow starburst and even a bit of peach liqueur.
