We took our Purist base beer and scaled it up to 8%! Double Purist Black Currant & Vanilla was conditioned on TWICE as many black currants and vanilla beans to provide a ridiculous level of flavor and fruit saturation. Intense, jammy and tart currant up front with a smooth, lingering vanilla finish. This is one of the thickest sours we’ve made to date and it also broke our previous record here at the brewery for the amount of fruit used in one beer. It is ridiculously intense.
