Aged in barrels that each previously held Cinnamon Whiskey, Maple Syrup and Vanilla. BIG maple flavor and aroma with deep notes of chocolate and a kiss of vanilla and cinnamon. The barrel character is derived from each barrels’ previous contents as opposed to your typical spirit notes with a moderate level of barrel/alcohol heat to round it all out. Served at 52F. Sour IPA brewed with Guava, conditioned on vanilla beans and double dry hopped with Citra.
Farmhouse Ale, 6.8%, 16oz
An easy drinking, yet complex and interesting beer balancing light funk, delicate acidity and fermentation derived notes of lemon, pear, white wine and citrus with a unique finish that starts dry before the wildflower honey added in the kettle swings it in the other direction to balance it all out.

Conditioned on several of our favorite coffee varieties, this Cream Ale is super smooth and easy drinking with complex specialty coffee character resulting in notes of amaretto, toasted coconut, fine coffee and cream.
The Long Voyage (Nitro)
Wee Heavy/Scottish Strong Ale, 7.8%, 16oz.
Smooth, well integrated flavors of caramel, toffee and molasses intertwine with notes of dark fruit backed by an inviting alcohol warmth.
Saison, 4.3%, 16oz (Can Pour)
Brewed with freshly cracked grains of paradise and sweet orange peel, dry hopped with Lotus hops and conditioned on orange zest.
