Questions guests have before visiting our brewery!
+ Do you have outdoor seating?

Our outdoor beer garden is currently closed for the season. When open, our outdoor seating offers great views overlooking the Little River Dam and Crane Mill pond. You can enjoy these views from inside our taproom as well! Outdoor seating will return in the Spring! Follow us on social media for updates.

+ Do you allow dogs?

Due to our current licensing, we can only allow service dogs in our taproom. When our Outdoor Beer Garden is open, dogs are permitted. (Outdoors is currently closed for the season.)

+ Where can I buy your beer?

You can can order our beer online for pick-up HERE or purchase cans and draft pours in person in the taproom. We have 20+ craft beers on tap and typically around 10-15 different beers in cans to-go. As a growing brewery, we do not distribute yet but we may in the future!

+ Are you family-friendly?

Yes, we are a family-friendly brewery. We have an interactive kids menu, high chairs, and changing tables in our restrooms.

+ Do you have gluten-free beer?

Due to equipment and licensing constraints, we do not offer any gluten-free beer at this time, but we are looking into how we can accommodate gluten-free guests in the future.

+ Do you serve any other alcoholic beverages besides beer?

We do not serve wine, cider, or liquor due to our current brewer’s licensing. We do offer a variety of barrel-aged options that infuse flavors of wine/liquor into our craft beers, as well as fruited sour ales that satisfy those tastes. Ask your server for samples to find a beverage you enjoy! You can find these beers HERE.

+ Do you serve wine?

The brewery is unable to serve wine due to our current licensing. We do have a large variety on tap including Fruited Sours, Farmhouse Saisons, wine barrel aged sours, as well as a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Ask your server for samples to find a beverage you’ll enjoy! Find these types of beer HERE.

+ Can I bring my own food?

Due to our food license, we do not allow outside food or beverage. We do have an on-site kitchen with a great selection of beer-infused food items. Check out our Craft Food Menu!

+ Do you have non-alcoholic beverages?

Yes, we have an array of non-alcoholic beverages. Our non-alcoholic beverages include: Bottled Water, Spindrift Seltzer Water, Maine Root Craft Soda, JOE Tea and Lemonade.

+ Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we have physical and e-gift cards available to purchase online or you can purchase gift cards in the taproom.

+ Where can I check the balance of my gift card?

Gift Card balances can be viewed on our website by following this link: Gift Card Balance. New physical and e-gift cards are available to purchase online or you can purchase gift cards in the taproom!

+ Are reservations required?

Reservations are not required, but they are highly recommended for large parties. Reserve a table online HERE. Reservations for outside seating are not available at this time. All service is walk-up, but it is still helpful to make a reservation so we can best plan for your arrival!

+ Besides food and beer, what are some other things to do while I'm at the brewery?

We have brewery games like cornhole, cards, board games, hook and ring, checkers, kids activity books, and a recently released new kickstarter card game: Battle of the Breweries! We also have three tv’s, friendly team members, and special events many nights! Check out our Happenings page.

+ What happens to the PakTech can carriers when I recycle them?

We sanitize and reuse the recycled PakTech can carriers or they are collected by a local recycling partner. Bring your used Paktech can carriers to the taproom to be recycled!

+ Do you have live music?

Live music performances and special events often occur in the taproom. Check out our Happenings page or follow us on eventbrite to stay in the loop!

+ Are you booking musicians for live music in your Taproom?

To inquire about performing live music in our taproom, complete the New Band Request Form with your band information. We’re currently booked for the next several months and will reach out to bands as openings become available.

+ Can I host an event in your taproom?

Yes, our taproom is a GREAT spot for a birthday party, bachelor or bachelorette party, wedding rehearsal dinner, corporate event, holiday party, wedding or other special occasion.

+ Can I bring a birthday cake?

Call or email us at least 4 hours before your reservation to pre-order from a selection of cupcakes for your special occasion. For food safety, licensing and liability reasons, we do not allow guests to bring outside food or beverage in the taproom.

+ Is the Taproom handicap accessible?

Yes! Park and enter through our upper lot entrance at Door F located across from Jelly Belly Spas off of Crane Ave.

+ While I'm visiting Western MA, will there be other breweries near me?

Yes! We love being part of a great community of Western MA breweries, including our Westfield Brewery neighbors like Kismet Brewing, Skyline Brewing, Tin Bridge Brewing! Our local Western Mass cities also host great breweries like Southwick’s Westfield River Brewing, West Springfield’s Two Weeks Notice Brewing, Ludlow’s Vanished Valley Brewing, Springfield’s White Lion Brewing, Springfield’s Rustic Brew Co, Longmeadow’s One Way Brewing, and so many more!
